Return & Credit Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying your new Pilla items! However, if you are unsatisfied, we do offer limited returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please see below for regarding our standard policy.

Return Policy Process
To be eligible for a return for credit/exchange, returns must be postmarked within (10) days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, please use the contact submission form on Claytargetvision.com or text/call (262)305-7620 to obtain return authorization. Please let us know if you're interested in an exchange or a refund. After authorization from claytargetvision.com, please package the item securely in its original packaging, including proof of purchase, and drop off the package at the carrier. Please note the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your returns.

Credit Policy
Once we receive your return we will inspect it to determine eligibility based on the condition of the returned goods. This process may take up to three business days after receipt. If your return is approved, we will initiate the credit or exchange process. Refunds are subject to 10% restocking fee and shipping cost. If the return is denied (i.e. condition is not new and unused) we will ship the item back to the sender and bill the sender for the shipping charges.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved claytargetvision.com will refund the purchase amount to the purchasers original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.

Exchange Process
Once an exchange is approved claytargetvision.com will ship the new items as follows. For even exchanges we will ship the new item within three business days. For exchanges resulting in an increase value over the original purchase price, we will invoice you for the difference. Once paid, we will ship the new items within three business days. For exchanges resulting in a lower value over the original purchase price, we will immediately refund the difference to the purchasers original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your refund. The new items will be shipped within three days of exchange approval.
