  • What is the difference between X6 and X7?

The difference between X6 and X7 lenses is the curvature of the lens and distance between frames. If you have a large head, or are looking for greater ventilation choose the X6. Further, CGR and Top Gun lenses are only compatible with the X6 size.

  • What is the width difference between X6 and X7?

The distance Between Frames at Temples: X6 -  5-3/4" (146mm), X7 -  5-7/16" (138mm) Difference in width 5/16" (8mm). ​

  • How quickly can you fill my Prescription (Rx)?

 On average our typical turn around time on inserts is 5-7 days. If you're putting the prescription directly into the lens (500/Raptor/Velociraptor series only) the turn around time is 2-3 weeks. 

  • Where do I upload my Prescription (Rx)?

Customers can upload the prescription on the RX item page when adding to cart and placing an order. An Rx can also be sent to us by using the contact form on the bottom of the website, or by emailing us at claytargetvision@gmail.com

  • What prescription (Rx) options do you have?

When prescriptions are filled by CTV we only offer inserts with the highest quality options. This means we apply anti-glare and anti-fog coatings. Inserts are available for Outlaw and Panther systems. We also can put prescriptions directly into the lens of Raptor, Velociraptor and 500 series glasses.

  • Can I use X6 frames with X7 lenses, or X7 frames with X6 lenses?

​No, X6 frames must be used with X6 lenses and vice-versa. 

  • So many options, where do i start?

CTV has been helping customers get into Pilla's for over 20 years. While everyone sees color differently, and has varying sensitivity to light, some of the latest and best lenses available today are the 19CIN, 36CPOM and 72CIMX. You can view our  "Ready Made Kits" for good pairing ideas. Also, check out our "Lens Guide" for more detailed information about current lenses and how the Pilla numbering system works.

  • What is ICE coating?

 â€‹ICE coated lenses debuted in 2023 and feature an anti-fog coating on the lenses. You can determine if you have ICE lenses if you see the "ICE" on the snap button on the lens.

  • Do you sell Panther products?

​Yes, CTV sells panther products however we no long stock them. If you're interested in Panthers, or any other Pilla products not displayed on our website, please reach out. If still available we will get you pricing and delivery and provide you with an invoice.

  • How much is shipping?

​Shipping within the US is free for standard service. When checking out you can expedite shipping for an additional fee.

  • Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship internationally on a daily basis. CTV charges a flat $25 rate for international shipments.

  • What is your return policy?

​CTV offers returns on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy". CTV understands that there are many options and considerations when selecting Pilla products. If you have any questions please reach out prior to ordering, we work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied!

  • Do you have a physical store?

CTV is an e-commerce business based out of Wisconsin, USA. Our home club is Northbrook in Illinois and we frequently vendor at major shoots throughout the US.​

  • Who makes your lenses?

 Pilla lenses are manufactured by Zeiss in Italy. Pilla frames are manufactured in Italy.
